Our Safety Policy

"Safety is our number one priority"

We have a strong commitment to providing a safety environment regardless if at the workplace or at the client site. Yeniar follows all OSHA requirements and all employees and contractors must adhere to the following:

  • New Hire Training
    – All new employees are required to attend our new hire safety training regardless if they are onsite or working from our office.
  • Monthly Safety Overview
    - All employees must commit to at least ten hours of a safety overview each month.
  • Zero Tolerance
    – All employees and contractors will adhere to our safety guidelines and will adopt our zero tolerance for work related accidents, illnesses, and injuries where preventable. Employees and contractors are required to report any unsafe conditions and will be accountable for their own safety as well as the safety of their peers.
  • Hurricane Preparedness Plan
    – Yeniar will work with our residents and employees to develop and implement a hurricane preparedness plan.
  • Waste Management and Hazardous Material Management
    - All contractors must comply with all environmental laws, regulations, waste management, and hazardous material management. Contractors are responsible for cleanup and restoration, and will stop work in the event of any environmental concerns (e.g., gas/chemical leaks) or unforeseen discovery (e.g., human remains.)

Yeniar can also provide specialized safety training to our clients and their employees.
