Yeniar is proud to be a part of the disaster relief work for the Gulf Coast Region. Yeniar offers many services and has worked with government agencies, property managers, engineering firms, companies, and individuals.

Projects

Disaster Relief Work

  • Project Management - Set up temporary housing in Houston, TX immediately following Hurricane Katrina.
  • Cleaned out Wyndham hotel in New Orleans, LA
  • Currently partnered with Keta Group, Shaw Group, and the Federal Emergency and Management Administration (FEMA) to provide housing, lease-in services, ready for occupancy (RFO), and temporary housing (travel trailers and mobile homes) inspection for over 3000 trailers.
  • Example of sites include Lemons site in New Orleans and Mt. Olive site in Baton Rouge, LA.

Property Management

  • Property Management - Partnered with Lincoln properties to manage apartment complexes in Texas, Florida, and Louisiana area for the past 15 years.
  • Manage over 100 rental units including three apartment complexes, single-family dwellings, and duplexes in Louisiana for the past six (6) years.

Construction Management

  • Construction Management - Currently overseeing 200 residential construction projects in the metro New Orleans area and Lake Charles, LA
