Yeniar Property Management History
Yeniar Property Management (YPM) was established in Louisiana with offices and projects throughout the Gulf South. A redeveloped company, YPM is prepared to design a new frontier since Hurricane Katrina; one that branches out to all hurricane affected areas.
Our Principals presently serves on the Louisiana Real Estate Commission and have over 38 years combined real estate experience.. Our staff now leases and/or manages over 400 properties in the Gulf South and is investors with a sizable portfolio in Silicon Valley. We also lecture for the City of San Jose on Real Estate Finance and have hosted Real Estate and Investment seminars throughout the Gulf Coast.
Our goal is to create a sense of pride and belonging for each of our tenants, or residents and their families, by providing tailored activities, outstanding maintenance services, and sparkling clean amenities.

The Yeniar Group
The Yeniar Group now has experience gained in the greatest national disaster ever to strike the United States. There was no precedent. We learned "on the job" and developed the required skills through trial and error.
Our dedicated management team handled relief shelters after Hurricane Katrina, helped facilitate the work of other national relief organizations, and participated in the clean up effort.
We are now positioned to provide temporary housing, food and water supply, debris removal, landscaping, and maintenance.
